What I do
Strategy, AI & go-to-market
Clear counsel where technology meets P&L: AI and semiconductor strategy, product portfolio, commercialisation. For industrial, technology and defence companies — from startup to corporate — and the investors behind them. Engagements range from a single expert call to full mandates and interim roles. A particular focus is Ukraine: market access, partner introductions and investment targets, for companies looking to test, source or invest where development cycles are shortest.
Building, not just advising
I build, launch and operate ventures of my own — from publishing to platforms — with my own capital in the game. Real markets keep my judgement calibrated: I advise on things I also do.
Marketing that runs as a system
AI-driven marketing and digital operations: website, social media, campaigns, CRM, automation. For small businesses and trades finding their footing online — and for corporate business lines that need to move faster than their agency. Designed once, properly, and you own the system.

About
I'm Sebastian — physicist, strategy consultant and operator. The common thread through my career has always been the same: translating complex technology into working business. I've developed strategies at McKinsey and Roland Berger, and executed them as a product owner at Infineon with an international team and customers across the US, Europe, China, Japan and Korea. Today I do exactly that on my own account. I serve as volunteer chairman of Frontline 4x4 UA e.V., a non-profit delivering humanitarian aid into Ukraine — logistics under conditions that leave no room for theory.
